Welcome to Geeta College of Education

The College is managed and run by Geeta Shikshan Samiti, Butana, District Sonepat, Haryana, and was established in 2007 with the vision of contributing to the field of teacher education and creating a strong foundation for the professional development of prospective teachers.

The College is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated to Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST), Murthal, District Sonepat, Haryana. The institution offers the two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme with an approved intake of 100 students.

Correction window for B.Ed. applications, 2026-27 session

DCRUST opened a correction window on 4 September 2026 for candidates who already applied for B.Ed. (course code 101) in the 2026-27 admission cycle, to update their submitted application forms. Candidates already allotted a seat do not need to make changes. The admission portal did not state a closing date for this window.

Notice for B.Ed. candidates (course code 101)

DCRUST published a notice for candidates of course 101 (Bachelor of Education, B.Ed.), 102 (Bachelor of Physical Education) and 104 (Bachelor of Physical Education, Physical Education & Sports). Of these, only B.Ed. is offered at Geeta College of Education.
